McDonald’s, Jack in the Box Offering National French Fry Day Freebies

McDonald’s and Jack in the Box are offering customers free fries for National French Fry Day on July 12…and beyond!

For the venerable fast food chains, one day is simply not enough to bequeath customers with free fry deals. Both McDonald’s and Jack in the Box are offering free fries over the weekend and throughout the rest of the year.

This year, McDonald’s is “celebrating National French Fry Day with two days of deals for the first time ever.” On National French Fry Day—that’s Friday, July 12— Golden Arches customers can score a free medium French fries when they place a minimum order of $1 within the McDonald’s app.

On Saturday July 13, McDonald’s is upping the ante by giving away a free order of fries of any size with no purchase necessary within the McDonald’s app.

Every Friday for the rest of the year, McDonald’s customers can score a free medium French fries with a minimum purchase of $1 in the app.

Jack in the Box is also offering its customers free fries for National French Fry Day, and for the remainder of 2024.

On July 12 and every single Friday for the rest of the year, Jack in the Box customers can score “a free fry of any shape or size (french, curly, or halfsies – whatever you’re in the mood for!) with a $1 purchase in store or on the Jack app.”

In order to redeem that deal, you need to sign up for the chain’s Jack Pack Rewards Program through the Jack’s app or jackinthebox.com .

With two sweet free fry deals and 25 Fridays left in the year, that leaves 50 opportunities to score free French fries before 2025.
