7 southwest Missouri residents, Mexican nationals indicted for meth conspiracy

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Seven defendants who either reside southwest Missouri or are Mexican nationals have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a conspiracy to distribute meth.

The charges are listed below:

• Wilbert Pacheco-Salazar – Charges include meth conspiracy, possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, possessing a firearm.
• Frank Lee Chapman – Meth conspiracy, possessing meth with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm.
• Omar Rosales-Olmos – Meth conspiracy, two counts of possessing meth with intent to distribute, possessing a firearm.
• Jaime Francisco Figueroa – Meth conspiracy, three counts of possessing meth with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a firearm.
• Issac Alan Schilling – Meth conspiracy, possessing meth with intent to distribute.
• Evan Lance Masters – Meth conspiracy, possessing meth with intent to distribute.
• Indelfonso Vazquez-Martinez – Meth conspiracy.

The indictment alleges that the defendants participated to distribute the meth in Greene, Jasper, Newton and Vernon counties from January 2020 to May 2024.

According to the indictment, Vazquez-Martinez and Rosales-Olmos allegedly participated in money laundering related to conducting financial transactions of drug trafficking proceeds.
