    Suspects wanted in theft at a Little League field in Raleigh County

    ECCLES, WV (WVNS) — The West Virginia State Police Beckley Detachment is looking for suspect(s) after a theft occurred at a Little League field in Raleigh County.

    Michigan man arrested and charged in Raleigh County

    According to a member of the West Virginia State Police Beckley Detachment, an unknown person(s) broke the Trap Hill Little League fields located at 256 Ball Field Road in the Eccles area of Raleigh County between late in the evening on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 and early in the morning on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

    The suspects stole a Branson tractor battery, Craftsman drill and impact driver along with the two Craftsman 20V batteries and one Craftsman 20V batter charger, industrial storage disc lock, two) five gallon gas cans, and the battery and ignition switch from the little leagues Polaris Ranger, after failing to steal the Polaris Ranger itself.

    The amount of products that were stolen had an estimated value of $831.16.
