Channing Tatum Has 3-Word Response to Viral Lenny Kravitz Workout

Channing Tatum stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night, where he weighed in on Lenny Kravitz's viral workout video.

Kravitz went viral back in April for an impressive video showing him in the gym simultaneously pumping iron and doing pull-ups. Even more astonishing, Kravitz is clad in his signature leather pants and mesh shirt for the exercise.

Tatum is currently engaged to Zoë Kravitz, meaning the iconic rock star will soon be his father-in-law . On Thursday, Fallon asked the Magic Mike star if he’d seen Kravitz’s viral workout.

“It is bonkers,” Tatum marveled in a three-word take. “It’s the most iconic thing I’ve seen in over decades. It’s iconic. I challenge anyone to do this at a gym,” the actor laughed as Fallon rolled a clip of the video.

“Look at him!” Tatum exclaimed. “I thought it was AI at first,” he admitted, “and then I was like, ‘Oh no, it’s not AI. It’s Lenny Kravitz.’”

Tatum seemed lost for a moment as he considered his future family member. “Leather pants, mesh shirt—I think it’s his uniform,” he said.

“No one else at the gym was wearing that outfit,” Fallon interjected.

“By the way, I challenge people to go and, like, make that a challenge on TikTok or Instagram,” Tatum told the audience.

“Yeah, work out in your biggest rock star gear,” Fallon cracked. “See if you can hold your own against Lenny Kravitz.”

Tatum has been in a relationship with Zoë Kravitz since 2021, shortly after his divorce from Jenna Dewan . He and Kravitz plan to marry at some point next year.

Tatum is promoting his new romantic comedy Fly Me to the Moon , in which he stars with Scarlett Johansson . The stars play a NASA official and a marketing executive, respectively, who decide to stage a moon landing while attempting to execute the real thing. It’s currently in cinemas.
