Eddie Murphy has married his longtime girlfriend Paige Butcher.
The couple, who have been engaged for almost six years, tied the knot in a private ceremony in the Caribbean, according to PEOPLE. Eddie, 63, and the Australian model, 44, had their wedding on Tuesday, July 9 in Anguilla amongst family and close friends. Paige wore a floral corseted gown decorated with lace designed by Mira Zwillinger, while the actor wore a white Brioni suit with no tie.
This the second marriage for Eddie and Paige's first. The two began dating in 2012 and share two children together: eight-year-old daughter, Izzy Oona, and a five-year-old son, Max Charles. They got engaged in September 2018 and Paige was pregnant with their second child.

Recently, before the nuptials, the couple was seen last month on June 20 at the Los Angeles premiere of Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F which is a sequel to Beverly Hills Cop III. The fourth installment of the Beverly Hills Cop released on Netflix on July 3. The stepped on the red carpet with his daughters Bria, 34, Shayne Audra, 29, and Bella Zahra, 22 that he shares with ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy, 56.
Eddie returned as police Detective Axel Foley in the film, and his daughter Bria stars in the film with him as a police officer.
“She’s the one that arrests me,” Murphy told Al Roker in a TODAY interview that aired on June 18. “And the other scene when I get arrested in the movie, that’s my son-in-law tasing me in the neck.”
Paige has not publicly spoken about the Coming to America star and their relationship, she shared about how "romantic" he was on the red carpet at the 2020 Golden Globes with Extra . Extra interviewer Billy Bush asked what did Eddie, her then-fiancé, say to her when she came down the stairs all dolled up for the evening. Paige responded that he loved it. The interviewer called Eddie romantic, which she agreed with. Billy then joked if Eddie needed to compliment her now. Paige came to his defense stating, "he already did it." Then Eddie said: “I told her how wonderful she looks.”
She added, "He actually says that kind of stuff all the time. He's very, very sweet and romantic."
In 2023, when he was awarded the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes, he thanked Paige and his children for "love and support." Eddie is the father of 10 in total with five women. His eldest Eric, 34, is from then-girlfriend Paulette McNeely while Christian, 33, is from ex Tamara Hood. Myles Mitchell, 31, and Zola Ivy, 24, are his other two children with ex-wife Nicole. Mel B is the mother of Angel Iris, 17.
