Bianca Belair Shares The Greatest Advice She Received From John Cena

One of the top WWE Superstars in the women’s division is former WWE Women’s Champion Bianca Belair . One of the most shocking losses of her career was back in 2021 at the SummerSlam when she lost to a returning Becky Lynch in 26 seconds.

Belair recently shared the advice 16-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena gave her after the match.

The EST of WWE Bianca Belair and her husband Montez Ford were interviewed by US Weekly . During the interview, Belair shared that John Cena motivated her after the SummerSlam loss to build back herself from the bottom to the top.

“The biggest gem he ever gave me was after SummerSlam [in 2021] when I lost in 26 seconds. I had just main evented WrestleMania. I won a title.” Bianca Belair recalled the moment she defeated Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 37. “I was on a huge roll, had all this momentum, and then lost in 26 seconds. I was so defeated. He pulled me aside and really spoke life into me. He told me about the ins and outs of the business and how to go from the bottom to the top… You saw him do that over and over in his career. He was always reinventing himself.”

Belair took the advice from the 16-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion and went to battle her way to the top. She defeated The Man Becky Lynch in their rematch at the Grandest Stage of them all, WrestleMania 38.

John Cena recently announced that he will be retiring next year . His retirement tour will begin in January 2025.
