A representative for the widower of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins “respects” a New Mexico judge’s move to toss the involuntary manslaughter charges against Alec Baldwin — but hinted that they might bring the actor back to court before too long.

“We respect the court’s decision,” attorney Brian J. Panish told The Post on behalf of Matthew Hutchins Saturday — less than one day after Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer abruptly dismissed the charges against Baldwin.

“We look forward to presenting all the evidence to a jury and holding Mr. Baldwin accountable for his actions in the senseless death of Halyna Hutchins,” he said in a statement first released to Deadline Friday night , shortly after the startling reversal.

Baldwin, 66, sobbed when the judge announced the dismissal.
