Husky's Protest Over Brother Going Outside Without Her Brings All the Drama

A hilarious Husky had the best protest when she realized her brother was outside and she wasn't with him.

On July 12, 2024, TikTok user Siberian Derpskies (@siberianderpskies) shared a video of their sweet but very dramatic Huskey, who felt some way about why they weren't invited outside. Take a look!

In a minute-long video, we're introduced to a Husky who is a little dramatic in typical Husky fashion.

The sweet dog was standing inside watching her brothers play, and she was howling.

"Well, why don't you just go out there," the dog's human asked. "Just go out there, Leia, it's OK."

Of course, with all the drama, the dog was able to go outside to be with her brothers. When her human convinced her it was, in fact, OK, she walked right outside since the door was wide open the whole time.

Dad followed her outside and tried to figure out exactly what was bothering her, running on the idea that she was upset with her brother for leaving her inside alone.

Once she met back up with her brother, all was quiet and calm, and she was happy to be reunited. It's really sweet listening to her human tell her what a good girl she is and love on her, even though her dramatics could be a little over the top at times.

Huskies have a very unique look, somewhat similar to a wolf and they can be very intimidating. But it turns out these dogs are generally really friendly, and they're known for being terrible guard dogs because they're so "unsuspicious and friendly to strangers."

Another interesting fact about Huskies is that they don't really get fatigued when running. According to the New York Times , Huskies have a really cool way of regulating their metabolism.

“Before the race, the dogs’ metabolic makeup is similar to humans. Then suddenly they throw a switch — we don’t know what it is yet — that reverses all of that,” Dr. Michael S. Davis, an animal researcher, told the New York Times.

“In a 24-hour period, they go back to the same type of metabolic baseline you see in resting subjects. But it’s while they are running 100 miles a day.”
