Dolphins’ Jonnu Smith makes brilliant observation about Tua Tagovailoa’s arm

Jonnu Smith, the former Atlanta Falcons tight end who is now a member of the Miami Dolphins, recently described his first impressions of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa after spending time with him.

Smith described Tagovailoa as having premiere arm talent.  He also complimented Tua's eye movements as he worked through his progressions. Smith said Tua "throws a receiver's ball...as accurate as can be."  Smith admires Tagovailoa's willingness to take chances because that approach makes the Dolphins' offense successful.

Smith's rave review comes at an interesting and uncomfortable time for the Dolphins and Tagovailoa who is entering his fifth NFL season and could be playing under his fifth-year contract option if the two sides do not negotiate an extension before the season begins.
