    Multiple agencies respond to 331 crash

    A multi-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 12:39 p.m. Saturdays, July 13, caused a road closure in Crenshaw County.
    The north and southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 331 near the 64 mile marker was blocked for several hours. Traffic was rerouted north of Fullers Crossroads and through Honoraville.
    Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division were on scene investigating.
    According to Harrison Weed with Bullock Volunteer Fire Department, rescue efforts included four fire departments, two Luverne ambulances, one Brantley ambulances, one GEMS ambulance, two Enterprise ALEA Sgt. Jeremy Burkett reported the roadway had reopened around 3:45 p.m.
