New Restaurants Set to Offer More Options and Jobs in South Carolina

Qdoba Mexican Grill is set to significantly expand its footprint in the Southeastern United States with a 30-unit development deal that will bring new restaurants to South Carolina by 2028. This expansion includes key locations in Myrtle Beach, Columbia, and Greenville.

Jeremy Vitaro, Qdoba's chief development officer, expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating, "Thrive is planning to enter the Carolinas with boldness and speed." He emphasized the potential for this collaboration to elevate Qdoba's system through high-quality buildouts, operations, and a focus on guest hospitality.

This expansion is part of Qdoba's ambitious growth strategy. The company plans to open more than 50 restaurants this year across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Looking ahead, Qdoba aims to nearly double its current footprint of over 760 restaurants to approximately 1,600 locations within the next decade.
