    Flash flood warning announced for Appleton area until 11 p.m.

    A flash flood warning has been announced for Appleton, Kaukauna and Little Chute, until 11 p.m. on Saturday as a large storm moves through the state, according to the National Weather Service. NWS predicts rainfall between 1/4 and 1/2 inch Saturday night. There's a chance of thunderstorms Sunday morning and a slight chance of thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening.

    The storm comes days after another major storm caused a dam to fail in Waupaca County , causing residents of Manawa to evacuate and flash flooding in Appleton that caused some residents to evacuate . A boil water advisory was also issued for Manawa and the surrounding areas as a result of the dam failing.

    A sold out Noah Kahan concert was scheduled to take place at Alpine Valley Music Theater in East Troy was partially evacuated due to the storms .
