Compared to June 2023, the median home list price increased 36.7% from $150,000.

Chemung County's median home was 1,803 square feet, listed at $107 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is down 2.5% from June 2023.
Listings in Chemung County moved briskly, at a median 26 days listed compared to the June national median of 45 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 28 days on the market. Around 88 homes were newly listed on the market in June, an 18.9% increase from 74 new listings in June 2023.
