    Ingredients

    • 21 oz Can strawberry pie filling
    • 2-5.1 oz French Vanilla instant pie filling
    • 5 cups Milk
    • 8 oz Whipped cream
    • 21 Graham crackers

    Instructions

    • In a bowl mix together the instant vanilla and milk until thickened.
    • Fold in the whipped cream.
    • This will fit a 7x10x2″ deep baking dish.
    • Line with graham crackers, add half of the pudding mix, add another layer of graham crackers, repeat and top with graham cracker layer and then top with the strawberry pie filling.
    • Cover and place in the fridge for 4hrs to set up. Enjoy!

    Notes

    Note: For all pudding mixes, I do not recommend using almond milk as it will not thicken properly with instant puddings. When using dairy-free milks, a hand mixer is essential to ensure the pudding thickens properly. If the pudding doesn’t thicken as desired, you can make a cornstarch slurry by combining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water and mixing it in.
