Kate Middleton’s Wimbledon 2024 Dress Has a Unique Feature We’ve Rarely Seen From Her

After weeks of waiting and theorizing, Catherine, Princess of Wales, better known as Kate Middleton , came to Wimbledon in 2024 . Not only that, she came in a truly showstopping look: in a color we barely see from her, and from a designer he’s only worn one other time. In true fashion, Kate took fans’ breaths away at Wimbledon this year.

In case you missed it, Kate, and her daughter Princess Charlotte, arrived for day 14 of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on July 14, 2024. You can see the photos below:

As you can see, Kate looked gorgeous in a vibrant lilac Safiyaa London Cecilia dress, which has subtle puffy short sleeves and a ‘twist’ bodice we know she’s so fond of. She paired the look with the L.K. Bennett Milly handbag (which she’s worn once before in 2021), two Halcyon Days bangles, and her Camilla Elphick Lucia sandal, per Kate Middleton Style .

It’s such a beautiful look, but let’s talk about that dress again. As we said, Kate arrived in a dress from the brand Safiyaa, a luxury brand known for their flattering silhouettes. Now, while Kate wears an array of different designer looks, she often opts for the same five for major events like this. And this is only the second time she’s donned a Safiyaa dress. The first time was back in Nov 2023, when she wowed in the Safiyaa Destiny Dress at the 2023 Royal Variety Performance. See the photo below:

We love to see that Kate is slowly but surely coming back to the public eye, and making an appearance at the event she loves so much. Plus, we love that she kept her Wimbledon fashion tradition going: bold-colored and simple dresses.
