DOVER, N.H. – The City of Dover has announced that Park Street Park, located at the intersection of Park and Concord streets, will be temporarily closed to the public starting Monday, July 15, 2024, to facilitate site work and improvements. The closure is expected to last approximately two weeks.

The planned improvements include enhancements to the park's walkways and the installation of two new picnic table areas, aimed at increasing the usability and enjoyment of the park for residents. The city’s Community Services department is overseeing the project and is committed to reopening the park as quickly as possible once the improvements are completed.

Residents looking for more information on the project or alternative recreational options during the closure are encouraged to contact Community Services at 603-516-6450. The City of Dover appreciates the public's patience and cooperation during this time and looks forward to unveiling the upgraded facilities.
