CHELSEA fans have been left in tears after seeing the club’s new kit for the 2024/25 season.

The West London outfit released its new home shirt with a “melting pot” pattern on it.

The blue shirt features a funky design across the torso as well as white and blue cuffs.

The shirts are made with 4D data-driven designs by Nike’s Dri-FIT ADV.

This supposedly means the shirts are measured using body-mapping technology.

As a result the kits will apparently give the players more mobility, better breathability and venting where needed.

However, the design has not gone down well with the supporters on social media.

One fan blasted: “Ugliest kit so far.”

A second posted: “Let’s not take a closer look, how about that.”

A third commented: “Not looking good for Chelsea standard.”

A fifth said: “Worst kit I’ve ever seen us have and I’m ancient.”

A sixth claimed: “The melting pot pattern represents Chelsea fans’ collective meltdown – the state we have been in ever since Boehly bought the club.”

    Another added: “Worst kit ever.”

The kit currently has no sponsor but it will be added on if one is announced in the future.

The Nike Dri-FIT ADV version of the shirt is on sale for £124.99, while the regular version will cost £84.99.
