    Ex-Arsenal and Chelsea star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang set to follow former Real Madrid ace in shock transfer

    PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG is set to seal a shock transfer to Saudi Arabia.

    The former Chelsea and Arsenal star impressed last season in Ligue 1 at Marseille.

    Aubameyang , 35, scored 30 goals in 51 appearances in all competitions and made 11 assists.

    He now looks set for pastures new and join Saudi outfit Al Qadsiah.

    Fabrizio Romano has reported that the striker will sign a contract until 2026.

    It is suggested that Marseille were willing to keep the Gabon star but are now resigned to losing him.

    The report claims that a salary has already been agreed and all there is left to do is get the final approval from Marseille.

    He will link up with former Real Madrid star Nacho who completed a move to the side in June.

    The Spaniard left Real after 23 years at the end of his contract after winning 26 titles at the club .

    The versatile defender made 364 appearances – scoring 16 goals and providing 10 assists.

    There are come other notable players in Al Qadsiah’s squad.

    This includes ex-Wigan and Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles and former Fulham loanee Luciano Vietto.

    Al Qadsiah will compete in the Saudi Pro League next season after achieving promotion from the nation’s second division.

    The team is based in the eastern city of Khobar and plays in the 20,000-seater Prince Saud bin Jalawi Stadium.
