Rite Aid announces more local closures

(WKBN) — Local Rite Aid closures continue to be announced , bringing the total to 20.

In a court document filed last Friday, it was announced that two more local stores are closing, one in Warren and one in Columbiana.

Virtually all locations in Ohio and Michigan are closing their doors.

The complete list of local stores that have either closed or are closing include:

• 5498 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown

• 14973 South Ave., Columbiana
• 147 W. Liberty St., Hubbard
• 713 N. State St., Girard
• 5001 Mahoning Ave. NW, Champion
• 2704 Belmont Ave., Liberty Township
• 1560 Parkman Rd. NW, Warren
• 2840 Youngstown Rd. SE, Warren
• 4110 E. 9 Mile Rd., Warren
• 2154 Elm Road NE, Howland
• 25 W. Main St., East Palestine
• 2229 E. State St., Salem
• 614 Bradshaw Ave., East Liverpool
• 60 South Water St., Sharon
• West Clen Moore Rd., New Castle

Rite Aid filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last year.
