‘Botched’ star Dr. Paul Nassif expecting fifth baby, his second with wife Brittany Pattakos

Dr. Paul Nassif’s family is growing again.

The “Botched” star announced Saturday that his wife, Brittany Pattakos, is pregnant with their second child together.

Nassif, 62, shared footage of his three sons blasting smoke cannons that revealed the couple will be having a boy.

“SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!” he captioned Instagram video , adding the hashtags “#pregnancyannouncement” and “#genderreveal.”

The celebrity plastic surgeon’s center congratulated him in the comments section but added a minor correction to the news: “That’s technically two surprises, but we’re here for it! Congratulations!!!! We can’t wait to meet the newest member of the Nassif family!!!!”

Pattakos, 33, shared a picture of her ultrasound on Instagram and revealed their son is due in January.

Nassif and Pattakos tied the knot in Los Angeles in September 2019 and celebrated the following month with a lavish reception in Greece.

The pair announced in April 2020 that they were expecting their first child together — a baby girl . The Oneira Designs founder gave birth to daughter Paulina in October of that year.

“Everyone, meet our new angel, Paulina. Mama and Paulina are both healthy and resting!” she shared at the time. “Thank you for the love and support throughout this journey. We love you all…”

Nassif is also a father to son Gavin, 21, and 18-year-old twins Colin and Christian with his ex-wife, former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof. The former couple finalized their divorce in 2012.
