Priyanka Chopra Snuggles With Happy Daughter Malti After a Whirlwind Weekend of Travel

Is there anything better than baby cuddles? A big hug after a long day at work is a balm to the soul — and Priyanka Chopra Jonas (understandably!) can’t get enough. After a whirlwind weekend flying to India and back, the Citadel star is enjoying all the love from her 2-year-old daughter Malti Marie, who she shares with husband Nick Jonas. She shared a picture from the moment they reunited, and our hearts are melted in a puddle on the floor.

“After 42+ hours of travel around the world in a couple of days, this is all I needed ❤️🙏🏽 ,” Chopra Jonas captioned the sweet photo . She sits on the floor near the couch, with her long brown hair held up in a clip. Chopra Jonas has both arms wrapped around Malti, who is dressed in blue-and-white butterfly pajamas (the Charlotte Anne print from Posh Peanut, perhaps?). Malti has a big smile on her face as she chews on one wrist and holds a toy slice of pizza in the other hand. She looks perfectly content in her mom’s arms, and it’s the best.

The Love Again star and her “Waffle House” singer husband flew to Mumbai, India, to attend the wedding of billionaire heir Anant Ambani to Radhika Merchant. She wore a two-piece pink sherwani, and he wore a yellow lehenga set for the fabulous occasion.

“Clearly I missed chaat and dancing at baraats!” Chopra Jonas wrote on Instagram . “What a special night it was celebrating two of the kindest, most gracious people I know. #Anant and @radhmerch1610 may God always protect your union. ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्ति 🙏🏽❤️🧿.”

Jonas previously shared a video of him and his wife in the car on the way to the wedding, where they are singing to “Barbie Girl” by Aqua.

Despite how much fun the couple clearly had, it’s obvious how much Chopra Jonas missed her daughter. Fans noticed too, with one person commenting, “Even her baby is adoring mamas shower of love.. those wrists in the mouth is a classic sign that the baby is happy being with mamma.”

Malti was waiting for her mom in Australia, where Chopra Jonas has been filming The Bluff. Last week, Chopra Jonas shared several photos from their time Down Under, including several moments on the beach, eating ice cream, and holding hands in the car. “A pause …🏝️ 🚼” she captioned the cute pics.

In April 2023, Chopra Jonas said on The TODAY Show , “When you find your home and you build a family that you appreciate and that makes you feel like you want to go to work every day and do your best, then you have to make time for it. I feel great when I leave in the morning to go to work because I’ve had that time with my family. It’s magical and it’s healing.”
