Raiders' Maxx Crosby gets the highest praise from future Hall of Famer

It's one thing for Las Vegas Raiders star pass-rusher Maxx Crosby to get praised by NFL analysts, but it's another thing entirely to get love from a future Hall of Famer like Buffalo Bills edge rusher Von Miller.

And that's exactly what Crosby got from Miller while the two hosted the annual Sack Summit in June, along with New Orleans Saints edge rusher Cam Jordan.

In a video posted to social media by Crosby's "The Rush Podcast", Miller was asked who had the "deepest bag of tricks" of those who attended the event and Miller answered Crosby, who he called a "big dog" in the league.

"I got to go with Maxx, man," Miller said. "I've been respecting his game for a long time since he was just a young pup. Now he's a big dog in the league. He's just so versatile. He can play inside if you want him to, he can play at a two-point stance, three-point stance, he can spin out, spin in, cross chop — inside cross chop, outside — just about everything, man."

Crosby was understandably thrilled to see the praise from Miller.

Crosby has ascended to elite status over the past few seasons and is primed to have his best season as a pro once again in 2024 after the team added some help upfront with the signing of Christian Wilkins, who joins a defensive line that also includes 2023 breakout edge rusher, Malcolm Koonce.
