Rachel Han has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Capital Markets group in Hong Kong, the law firm announced today.

She also has extensive experience in general commercial work. Rachel’s clients engage in various industries including consumer, infrastructure and construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, renewable energy, investment, and financial services. Before joining Dorsey, Rachel was a partner at Dentons Hong Kong.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Commerce & Law from University of Melbourne.

Rachel’s arrival further strengthens Dorsey’s U.S.-China practice and existing capital markets practice in the U.S. and Hong Kong. She joins Dorsey’s bilingual equity capital markets lawyers Megan Penick and Jia Song in Dorsey’s New York office, as well as Jason Lin in Beijing office, to provide bilingual, bicultural, and responsive service to Dorsey’s Asia-based clients seeking access to U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets.
