Where better to bring Auditorium Vol. 1 than auditoriums across America? On Monday, Common and Pete Rock announced that they’ll be hitting the road later this year to celebrate their new collaborative LP.

The MC-producer pair will hit the road on Aug. 28 starting in Del Mar, California before heading to Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Philly. Common and Pete Rock will close out the trek with a special run at New York’s Blue Note Jazz Club, performing two shows a night on Sept. 23, 24, and 25.

Tickets for the gigs will go on sale to the general public Friday, July 19, at 10 a.m. local time. Fanns can access presale tickets starting Wednesday, July 17, at 12 p.m. local time.

In a recent a review for Rolling Stone , Simon Vozick-Levinson described the joint album as “an easygoing, respectful tribute to hip-hop’s essence and realness, full of affectionate references to the music that’s still close to Common’s heart after all these years.”

Auditorium Vol. 1 boasts songs such as “Dreamin,” “Chi-Town Do It,” “Fortunate,” and “A God (There Is)” featuring Jennifer Hudson.

“My musical journey has been filled with joy and laughs, ascension and descension, great times and tough times. So all I can say is Thank you,” wrote Common on Instagram after releasing the project. “Thank you to GOD. Thank you to Pete Rock… Today is a blessing beyond words.”
