Young Sheldon alums Zoe Perry, Annie Potts and Raegan Revord have officially joined the Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage cast as guest stars.

Perry, Potts, and Revord will be reprising their respective roles as Mary Cooper, Meemaw, and Missy Cooper in the CBS‘ upcoming spin-off sitcom. Their casting comes after two months since Young Sheldon had wrapped up its seven-season run.

Who is in the Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage cast?

Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage will be led by Montana Jordan and Emily Osment. Their titular character got married during the final season of Young Sheldon. Fans will continue to follow their story in the spin-off as they raise their young family in Texas, while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting and marriage. Besides the return of the Cooper family, it has also been previously announced that Mandy’s parents Jim and Audrey McAllister, played by Will Sasso and Rachel Bay Jones, have also been tapped to return as series regulars.

“It has been a privilege to spend the last seven years with Sheldon and the Cooper family and now this wonderful journey will continue with Georgie and Mandy,” CBS boss Amy Reisenbach said in a previous statement when the project was officially announced. “Chuck and both Steves have done a masterful job developing these characters and entertaining generations of fans with relatable, heartwarming stories brought to life by Montana and Emily. We eagerly look forward to the next chapter in this beloved universe.”

The spin-off is created and executive produced by Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro and Steve Holland. It is a production by Warner Bros. Television. It is slated to premiere on Thursday, October 17, as part of CBS’ 2024-2025 broadcast season.
