WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Trumbull County Recorder is heading to New Orleans this week for the International Association of Government Officials Annual Conference (iGO).

Tod Latell, the Trumbull County Recorder, is also the association’s Recorders’ Division Director and an active member of the Ohio Recorders’ Association.

In addition to his duties in Trumbull County, Latell is responsible for setting up the recorders’ continuing education classes at the iGO’s two annual conferences.

    He calls it an honor.

“iGO is made up of 30 states. There are also several countries that send delegates to these conferences every year so yeah, I take pride in that,” Latell said.

Latell says one of the best parts about being involved in these associations is the common goal of making the offices better for both the residents and people who work there.
