Red Flags Suggesting RHONJ’s Jennifer Aydin Is Truly Unhappy

For me, Jennifer Aydin of Real Housewives of New Jersey is quite the conundrum. The Turkish princess leads a privileged life. She lives in the biggest mansion there is in Paramus, NJ and even overlooks the great mall. She has a loving family and every real/fake Chanel piece there is known to man. So, what does she have to complain about? Yet, something seems to be lacking in her life. The forced smile doesn’t always seem genuine, and this leaves some viewers concerned. Let’s take a look at some of the possible red flags.

Jennifer Aydin keeps starting trouble

No matter where Jennifer goes, trouble seems to follow. The mother of five has been a troublemaker since stepping onto the Garden State franchise. To many viewers, she is one of the most annoying housewives to ever have entered the Bravosphere. Almost immediately, she bonded with Teresa Giudice and has stuck by her side ever since. Jen’s glaring hypocrisy keeps many, including her costars, from being able to like her. It hasn’t gone unnoticed that Jen constantly gets upset at things that she also does, like digging for dirt on other cast members, spreading gossip, and being rude.

The most recent season has shown Jen at her worst. Even though Danielle Cabral was shouting in her face, Jen took the argument to the next level when she physically pushed the blonde out of her way. In my opinion, people don’t just push people if they are happy. Usually, most adults walk away from a compromising situation. But Jen almost seemed to want the fight. This characteristic struck me as a major red flag.

Bill doesn’t seem to care…

In 2022, Jennifer revealed that her husband, Bill Aydin , had had an affair ten years prior. At the time, she was nine months pregnant with their fourth child. Jen learned about the betrayal through credit card receipts and text messages. Naturally, Jen was left heartbroken, but she claimed to have moved past it. Except Jen has not moved past the infidelity. Over and over, she has told Bill to stay by her side and defend her horrendous behavior.

It truly feels like Jen is one step away from divorce. It has become increasingly apparent that Bill doesn’t want to have anything to do with her as he hides away for hours in the pool house. Jen is desperately trying to hold onto a life she once knew, and this in itself is a major red flag. Perhaps the root of Jen’s troubles comes from her unstable union with Bill.

Jennifer Aydin can shake it off

But amidst all these red flags, Jen still tries to claim she is naturally a very happy person. Jen took to Instagram to share a photo of her naturally curly hair and a bit of unwarranted advice with her followers. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared, “Did you know that being so happy makes people who hate you even more angry??? I have a feeling some people are going to be in a bad mood.” But fans weren’t buying the new motto. One follower wrote, “Sis, you are the unhappiest person on TV…entertaining though.” Another added, “Actually, we don’t give a fu*k about you! So there is that.” One last fan pointed out, “Do you know people who claim they are usually happy are the most miserable? Live it, don’t speak it.”

Whether Jen is really unhappy is still up for debate. But the red flags above are a good place to start if you are trying to get to the bottom of Jen’s multiple outbursts. It probably doesn’t help that Jen is constantly hanging out with Teresa. Both women seem to be on a mission to live the most chaotic and dramatic life possible. If Jen was looking for the meaning of life, I’d say she should leave the acts of comedy behind and try to remember what is really important in life.
