“There’s a lot going on that’s not right, right now, and that he has made a lot of enemies, but that doesn’t make it right,” said Rebecca Shultz, who lives in the Jackson-metro area.

“It’s just… What is going through everybody’s head? Like, what’s going on with everybody?” questioned Kenquarious Washington, who lives in the Jackson-metro area. “Like, what possesses someone to think, ‘I should just go out and do this and that to this person? All because I don’t like them.'”

On Monday, July 15, Trump became the official Republican presidential nominee after receiving the votes of enough delegates at the Republican National Convention.
