One could definitely argue that, at this point in the season, the Caitlin Clark craze has reached an unprecedented peak . The bad news, however, is that fans are about to be deprived of their daily dose of the Indiana Fever superstar very soon.

The WNBA is currently on the brink of a near-month-long break for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris. There are no games scheduled across the league between July 21 and August 14.

In case you missed it, Clark was omitted from the Team USA contingent that will represent the country in the Olympics. This only means that supporters won't see the 22-year-old play in a game for nearly one full month—a fact that supporters are already dreading at this point.

"How are we supposed to survive the Olympic break?" questioned a Clark-dedicated fan on X (formerly Twitter).

"The Indiana Fever better be force feeding us behind-the-scenes content of practices, team brunches, players’ new puppy videos and Aliya Samuelson play date montages," proposed a fan.

"Dude, I'm already jonesing...it's gonna be rough," admitted another supporter.

"I couldn't care less to watch the women's Olympic basketball team play! I will however be going through withdrawal symptoms for having to wait an entire month until I can watch Caitlin Clark play again!" read another comment.

"You can always watch the Women's Olympic Basketball team.... Me---Nope," said another.

The Fever are in action on Wednesday against the Dallas Wings, which will be their last game before the break.

Clark will take part in the WNBA All-Star Game on July 20, though, so at least that's one thing the fans can look forward to.
