However, their transformations didn't come without setbacks and obstacles—which makes the progress the sisters have shown in recent years that much more impressive for viewers.
On June 3, Tammy, 37, took to Instagram with a video promoting supplements offered by her bariatric surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith . The clip may have focused on the product (and offering a discount code), but all fans could focus on was how amazing Tammy looked.
One Instagram user commented, "Honestly my biggest inspiration right now. Im watching season 4 and seeing everything in your life coming against you and you didn’t give up.. 💪🏻."
