Missing Lynchburg man may be heading to Farmville

A new name has been added to the list of missing seniors in Virginia. WDBJ7 says a missing 66-year-old from Lynchburg, William Louise Couch, may be headed to Farmville.

He is described as an African American male with short gray hair, 6′5″, and 160 pounds. No vehicle make, model or license plate number was given, suggesting he may be on foot. News 10 says he was wearing a black tank top.

The distance between Farmville and Lynchburg is 50 miles, which is a lot of walking in the heatwave. Couch is a diabetic and also has dementia. It was not mentioned whether or not he has his medication with him.

If you have seen William Couch, leave an anonymous tip at P3tips, contact Sgt. B. Gibson at (434) 847-1601, or notify Crime Stoppers at (888) 798-5900.`

He was last seen in downtown Lynchburg on July 10
