    Flood Watch issued for parts of region; chance of pop-up storms today

    The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch starting Tuesday at noon for Butler , Clinton , Greene , and Warren counties in Ohio and Randolph County in Indiana through Wednesday evening.

    There is a chance of some pop-up storms with an isolated severe threat on Tuesday.

    Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Britley Ritz has the latest TRACKING and TIMING this morning LIVE on News Center 7′s Daybreak starting at 4:25 a.m.

    There are lingering showers and heavy rain early Tuesday morning but these storms are expected to weaken from the northwest.

    Some showers may still be around during the daybreak hours with clouds early today, Ritz says.

    It will be partly cloudy Tuesday with a few storms trying to redevelop during the afternoon with highs in the upper 80s.

    The main threats are heavy rain and damaging winds, according to Ritz.
