    Meghan Markle has "a lot riding on her upcoming new projects" following the fallout from her feud with the Royal Family , according to an expert.

    The Duchess of Sussex delighted fans when she launched her brand new lifestyle business American Riviera Orchard and she's been busy teasing her upcoming products in recent weeks. Meghan is expected to release plenty of items , including a homeware collection and a line of butters, jams, and marmalades.

    While fans await the hard launch of the American Riviera Orchard products, PR expert Ryan McCormick suggested Meghan will be eager for it to be a success. However, he warned the fallout from her Royal Family feud could have a negative impact.

    Speaking exclusively to The Mirror US, he said: "Meghan and Harry severing ties and writing a tell-all-book did give them a popularity boost initially but, the controversy appears to have had a lasting negative PR fallout in the eyes of some. As time has passed The Duo seem to be continuously drifting further away from their previous peak of fame.

    "Meghan likely realizes that there is a lot riding on her upcoming new projects and will have to sleep in the bed she's made regardless of where these dominos fall." Meghan has made a trademark application for American Riviera Orchard which showed her plans to expand into workout gear and dog treats.

    Sources have claimed that Meghan, a known wine enthusiast who named her blog The Tig after her favorite red wine, is also planning to launch a rose as her first commercial product. The trend of celebrities releasing their own wines has been on the rise, with Brad Pitt's Miraval rose retailing at approximately $31 per bottle and Kylie's pale pink wine earning praise from both wine connoisseurs and dedicated fans.

    While Meghan builds up support for her new business by selling product samples to her pals, a source has claimed she is also on the hunt for backing from the Royal Family. They said: "Meghan is looking for support wherever she can get it."

    Speaking to OK! Magazine, they added: "Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are at the top of her list, but she is shooting even higher and would love to get King Charles to give his stamp of approval."
