Shannen Doherty officially granted posthumous divorce from Kurt Iswarienko as he’s forced to delete all photos of her

SHANNEN Doherty is officially, posthumously, divorced from her ex Kurt Iswarienko as the star is granted the marital home and other possessions.

In the final judgment which was filed on Monday, both Shannen and Kurt were “restored to the status of single persons,” while the actress is discussed in past tense throughout the filing.

Shannen was granted the couple’s marital home in Malibu, California, as well as several automobiles including a 1979 Ford Pickup Truck, 2007 Range Rover, and 2019 Range Rover, and a Salvador Dali painting.

The Charmed star was also granted rights to Kurt’s photography business, including portions of licensing fees from the sale of photos and videos taken while they were married.

The rights to those images taken during their marriage were one of the focal points of the split.

Shannen also is barring Kurt from “exploiting” her image after her death.

“Any and all photographs of Petitioner that are now in Respondent’s possession, regardless of when said photographs were created by Respondent, shall be removed from Respondent’s website forthwith.

“Respondent shall oversee the removal of said photographs from the websites of any and all of his representatives, including his agents. Respondent shall be prohibited from exploiting the photographs of Petitioner.”

For his part Kurt had to buy out Shannen’s interest in some of his assets, including paying her $100,000 for a Mooney M-20 Airplane, and paying her $10,000 for his lighting, camera, and digital equipment.
