Instrumental quartet Los Bitchos released two singles, “Kiki, You Complete Me” and “1K” off their upcoming sophomore album Talkie Talkie, on Tuesday.

Along with the new tracks, Los Bitchos also released a music video for “Kiki, You Complete Me.” In the video, Los Bitchos — a four-piece band comprised of guitarist Serra Petale, Agustina Ruiz on synth/keytar, bassist Josefine Jonsson, and drummer Nic Crawshaw — pluck at plastic guitars and play a retro-racing game that feels reminiscent of the pop art pages of a comic book.

“This track feels like the opening sequence of a comic book series,” Los Bitchos shared in a statement. “The tom sounds we went for are outrageous, like the ‘pows’ and ‘thwacks’ of a comic strip punctuating the music… think Batman meets Bitchos! Towards the end of the song we extended this chuggy, tension building section and brought out a guitar solo before ending on the comic/video game theme vibe refrain.”

Los Bitchos also incorporate a mix of Latin rhythms, Turkish psychedelic rock, disco and funk, and Eighties guitar styles into their tracks.

The all-women band spoke to Rolling Stone in 2022 about their lyric-less tracks and debut album Let the Festivities Begin! . “Not having lyrics kind of takes away from that focus being on the one front singer of the band,” Crawshaw told Rolling Stone . “It kind of spreads that to the whole band. Hopefully, it’s interesting to watch because it’s more about our interactions between the four of us.”

In June, Los Bitchos released a music video to “Don’t Change ,” where the group danced on a vacant beach passing a beach ball, strumming an inflatable guitar, and jumping into a conga line. Los Bitchos will start their North American tour this fall, with stops in major cities like New York, Seattle, and Los Angeles. Their upcoming album Talkie Talkie will be released on Aug. 30.
