He was jailed without bond after his arrest.

Authorities said they developed probable cause to search Grant’s car on the 4500 block of Lobelia Road in Vass. The search yielded 1,587.5 grams — about 3 ½ pounds — of cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia and a gun, according to a Nash County Sheriff’s Office news release.

A search of Grant’s home followed. Deputies say they found 2,251.3 grams (4.96 pounds) of cocaine, 3,703.7 grams (8.16 pounds) of marijuana, $13,902 in cash and multiple firearms.

Grant is scheduled to appear in court July 31.

Officials with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office and the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office also worked on the case.
