    Jeopardy! champion Isaac Hirsch reveals dark secret from unexpected past as stand-up comedian

    Isaac Hirsch made a surprise admission about his past in the latest episode of Jeopardy! as he admitted he used to be an "awkward kid" .

    The champion, who has won an impressive nine games to get a $215,390 total, has quickly become a favorite among viewers and fans fell even more in love with him as he proudly revealed he is a stand-up comic. Fans then worked hard to uncover a clip of Isaac's stand-up routine.

    Fans found a video of him performing at Flapper's Comedy Club in Los Angeles in 2017 and shared it around social media. In the video, Isaac joked about his personalist and admitted he hasn't always been the quick-witted person viewers have come to know.

    In the video, Isaac was met with applause as he began: "Hi, I'm very thin. I'm six-foot-one- I weigh 120 pounds. That's not what bodies are supposed to do."

    He continued: " People think it's better to be as thin as I am than to be fat. But here's one thing fat guys can do: pretend they used to be good at sports.

    "I can't go, 'I was a high school basketball star!' People would go, 'Yeah you must have been really good before that famine hit your village'."

    Isaac then admitted he has previously been "put in the category of awkward kid on bus" as he worked as a Hollywood extra. He joked: " Which means a casting director was like, 'I need some awkward kids for this bus,' looked at my picture and said, 'That's the one'."

    Fans were loving the comedy routine, with one person commenting: " Knew he’s funny (aside from being smart)!" Another person said: "I love him, too funny," while a third fan added: "Very cool! I thought he’s had some pretty clever, humorous comments…"
