The mid-way point of the WNBA season means no basketball for a month, sure, but it also means the annual All-Star Game. And with the Olympics this year, it's truly the best of the best of the league going up against each other.
Team WNBA takes on Team USA in Phoenix for the title of All-Star Champion. It's Team USA's final game before heading to Paris where it will go for its eighth consecutive gold medal. They're all set to do it, too, with a stacked roster that includes experienced Olympians Brittney Griner, Diana Taurasi and A'ja Wilson. Kelsey Plum and Jackie Young will make their Olympic debut with the team after winning the 3x3 gold in Tokyo.
On the other end of the court is Team WNBA. Rookies Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark highlight the squad as first-year selections amid their battle for Rookie of the Year. Clark is joined by teammates Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell.
