Country Singer Chase Bryant, Wife Reveal They're Expecting Baby No. 1

Country singer-songwriter Chase Bryant and his wife are expecting their first child.

Bryant and his wife, model Selena Weber , shared that Baby No. 1 is on the way with a sweet announcement on Tuesday (July 16). The parents-to-be posed with sonogram images and Weber cradled her growing baby bump in photos shared by PEOPLE .

“God has blessed me more than I could ever have imagined, but this is the biggest blessing and a million prayers answered,” Bryant wrote in his caption as he shared the photos on Instagram . “I hope I’m the best dad our little one could have ever asked for!”

Bryant, 31, added to PEOPLE that news of their first child “definitely hadn't sunk in until we heard the baby's heartbeat. This all just gets crazier and crazier and better and better by the day.” He shared with the outlet that he and Weber have been trying to start their family since they got married two years ago, and after experiencing some hardship along the way, they began to think parenthood might not happen for them. Bryant got candid about his wife’s miscarriage, his mental health and more in the interview. One day, however, Bryant returned home from touring to discover Weber had set up a clothesline in the yard with baby clothes on it to reveal she was pregnant. “I never really understood the amount of gratitude that I had towards Selena. But now seeing her as a mother and seeing myself as a dad, there's a lot of things in my life that I wish didn't necessarily happen the way they did, but I thank God that they did.”

Bryant and Weber got married on October 22, 2022. They tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in a stunning ceremony in Texas, his home state.
