Paws For A Cause: auction to support SEK Humane Society's veterinary fund

PITTSBURG, Kan. (KOAM) - The 4th Annual Paws For A Cause Auction, organized by the Southeast Kansas Humane Society, will be held virtually this year.

The event offers the community an opportunity to bid on various unique gifts. All proceeds from the auction will fund the shelter’s veterinary expenses, including emergency surgeries, medications, and alterations for animals in need.

The online bidding event will begin on Monday, July 15th, at 12:00 pm and end on Saturday, July 21st, at 12:00 pm.

Participants can browse and place bids on items through the auction website here .

Items available for auction will be uploaded in advance, with announcements and updates provided on the shelter’s social media pages. Most items will be available for pickup at the Doggie Bag Resale Shop, though some, such as gift certificates, may be eligible for shipping.
