They said: “For the first couple months the mattress was nearly perfect. We slept great, it felt great, and we felt like we’d gotten a fantastic deal. We loved it - it was supportive and immediately helped my back pain.
“Then the foam near my head started going flat. The corners on the head side of the mattress started sinking and rounding off. We don’t even lay or sit on those areas, so that was baffling. And suddenly it was significantly less comfy, especially on the wife’s side. On my side, about a pillow of depth was lost where my pillows go, so without a pillow my head was below my body.”
