From romance, comedy, and crime dramas to thrillers, Kaif has worked in every genre. She has a vast fan base, which is evident in the box office collections of her films. The actress was last seen in the 2024 film Merry Christmas opposite Vijay Sethupathi.

    As the leading actress is celebrating her 41st birthday today, the following is a list of her highest-grossing films till date.

    Tiger Zinda Hai

    Tiger Zinda Hai marked the second installment in the Tiger film franchise starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. The film shows how Tiger and Zoya have made a life away from India and Pakistan. However, when their nations’ nurses are held hostage by a terrorist organization, the duo team up to rescue them. Ali Abbas Zafar directed the film and had a positive reception from the audience. According to Sacnilk, the movie earned $66.7 million at the global box office.

    Dhoom 3

    Katrina Kaif shared the screen with Aamir Khan for the first time in the 2013 film Dhoom 3. It follows the story of a circus entertainer who plans to rob a bank in Chicago to avenge his father’s death. However, his revenge comes at a cost. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprised their roles as ACP Jai Dixit and Ali, respectively. Kaif played the role of Aaliya, the female lead. While the film was criticized for its plot, it managed to earn $66.7 million at its worldwide box office.

    Tiger 3

    Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprised their respective roles as Tiger and Zoya in the 2023 blockbuster Tiger 3. The film also features Emraan Hashmi, Ranvir Shorey, Riddhi Dogra, and a special appearance by Shah Rukh Khan. The plot follows how Tiger and Zoya embark on another mission. Throughout the film franchise, Katrina Kaif’s action sequences have been praised widely. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film garnered a whopping $55.5 million at its worldwide box office, per Sacnilk.

    Bharat

    Bharat is another collaboration between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. The period action thriller came out in 2019 and featured an ensemble cast. In addition to the two leads, it also had Tabu, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover, Nora Fatehi, and Satish Kaushik. It collected around $38.4 million at its global box office.

    Bang Bang

    Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan worked together in the 2014 action comedy Bang Bang. It was the official Hindi remake of the 2010 Hollywood film Knight And Day. Besides the movie, its songs also gained popularity among the audience. After its theatrical run, the film made $40.6 million at the global box office.

    Ek Tha Tiger

    Ek Tha Tiger was released in 2012 and instantly became a success. The movie’s unique plot won the viewers’ hearts. It reveals how Tiger and Zoya meet and fall in love. As they belong to rival nations, they have to run from their organizations. Per Sacnilk, the film earned $38.2 million at its global box office.

    Sooryavanshi

    Following the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rohit Shetty introduced his awaited movie Sooryavanshi in the theaters. The film marked one of the first releases in Indian theatres after the long halt. Starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, it also featured special appearances of Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh. Sooryavanshi is part of Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe, and it earned $35.05 million at its worldwide box office.

    Raajneeti

    Katrina Kaif played the lead role in the 2010 movie Raajneeti alongside Ranbir Kapoor. The drama is set against the backdrop of Indian politics. Directed by Prakash Jha, its official synopsis reads, “When the American-educated scion of a powerful Indian family returns to the subcontinent, his first taste of power starts him down a corrupt path.” The movie globally made $17.3 million.
