Authorities in Kenya have arrested a serial killer who confessed to murdering 42 women, including his wife, and dumping their dismembered bodies in a landfill. Officials began searching the dump site on Friday (July 12) and have since recovered the remains of nine women, which were in nylon sacks. Officials were able to identify the suspect, Collins Jumaisi Khalusha, 33, by tracking the mobile phone of one of the victims.
