One of the best ways to save on your grocery bill is by stocking your pantry whenever there are great deals. CVS has some pantry staples you won't want to miss this week. The sale prices run until July 20, so scoop them up before they're gone.
Saving on everyday essentials that can be stored to last a while is a small spending habit that can stack up quickly and help boost savings.
CVS frequently runs sales on items that are likely always to be useful to have tucked in a pantry or cupboard, and this week, there are several deals for these always-needed items for under $8.
General Mills makes some of the most popular cereal brands, including Cheerios and Lucky Charms. Select cereals are discounted to $1.99 per box, which can be combined with a $1 off manufacturer's coupon when two boxes are purchased.
What's better than a big sharing-size bag of M&Ms;? Two bags. If you love chocolate that melts in your mouth but not in your hand, then be sure to sign up for a CVS ExtraCare card so you can double your candy stash.
3. Haribo gummies

Price: $5 for 2 bags
Haribo gummy treats are a favorite brand for sweet go-to snacks, and this week's savings deals have them for $2.50 a bag, as long as you buy them in pairs.
The best part about munching on some gummy bears is remembering that somebody once walked into a TV studio and pitched an entire show around the concept of anthropomorphic gummy bears best defined by their bounciness, and it went on to become a beloved animated classic children's show.
Avoid a coffee emergency by always having several extra coffee options tucked away, like your favorite Starbucks flavor. Bagged coffee, K-cups, Cold Brew, and instant Starbucks brand coffees are all marked down this week, but you do have to be an ExtraCare club member to take advantage of the offer.
5. Pop-Tarts

Price: $1.99
Is it breakfast? Is it candy? Pop-Tarts are probably both, and that's what makes them great. Grab your ExtraCare card and grab boxes of breakfast toaster pastries so you'll always have a quick breakfast ready — or use them to slip into packed lunches for a sweet treat.
6. Pepperidge Farm Goldfish

Price: $5 for 2 bags
Cheesy crackers are a must-have for any kitchen or pantry; if you prefer the kind shaped like goldfish, this is the deal for you. Stock up on the snack that's been smiling back at us for over 60 years.
Oreos but cake — what's not to love? Double up on desserts and savings with Cakesters this week because you'll also get $2 in ExtraBucks Rewards with this deal.
Bottom line
Shelf-stable pantry items that can be stored for longer periods of time can be an excellent way to add up savings over the year by purchasing them at lower prices. They will keep until you're ready to eat them.
CVS frequently offers deals on household staples that stack with manufacturer coupons to multiply the savings. Joining the CVS loyalty rewards program adds the value of in-store dollars that can be used toward future purchases.
The rising cost of everyday necessities makes it more important than ever to find ways to save on groceries to keep enjoying all your favorites without breaking the bank. Be sure to swing by CVS before July 20 to grab these deals.
