SALT LAKE CITY ( ABC4 ) — The final plans for the new Salt Lake City International Airport redevelopment program are wrapping up and 12 new concession and retail locations have been announced to fill out Concourse B.

Once completed, the final section of Concourse B will feature seven new food and beverage options and five new retail shops.

The food and beverage options include Aubergine Kitchen, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Moab Brewery, Monarca, Moochie’s Meatballs and More, Mr. Charlie’s Chicken Fingers, and Swig. The retail shops will include Art of Aesthetics, Good Earth Markets, Hudson, &Go, and Utah National Parks.

The 12 new locations are expected to open in the fall of 2025 and 2026.

Airport officials said all 12 locations were picked after considering a mix of local, regional, and national brands. Planners also took into consideration pricing, hours of operation, and service standards.

“The new airport is continually recognized as having one of the best concession programs in the country, which we have worked hard to achieve,” said Bill Wyatt, the Salt Lake City Department of Airports executive director. “Keeping with the theme of The New SLC, many of the brands and concepts selected are Utah-based to highlight the unique flavor of the state.”

The final phase for Concourse B encompasses a 16-gate extension to the east. The first five gates will open in fall 2025 followed by the last 11 gates in fall 2026.
