3000 affordable places in a year shows that nobody gives a crap. Affordable homes and apartments are a thing of the past, gotta get your money up or be homeless, simple as that. A single adult paid minimum wage could afford a 1 bedroom apartment 10 years ago here. Now at those rates, you have to have 2 full time jobs to afford housing. It's really sad how fast the American economy has fallen, combined with the corporate greed and price gouging across the board, it's becoming impossible to live.
