ASOTIN COUNTY, Wash. -- Evacuations have been ordered for the Cougar Creek Fire burning near Boggan's on Tuesday, according to Asotin County Sheriff's Office.

Around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, level 3 (Go Now) evacuations were ordered for the wildfire burning along Highway 129 near Boggan's.

According to Washington Department of Natural Resources, the fire is currently burning at 520 acres.

ACSO said people should stay out of the Snake River near the fire evacuation area so air crafts can replenish water supplies uninterrupted.

Multiple fire crews are responding and will be in place tomorrow.

    This is a developing story.
