    Thousands in central Pennsylvania without power after storm

    (WHTM) — Thousands of central Pennsylvania residents are without power Tuesday evening after severe weather the region.

    According to FirstEnergy’s website, thousands of people who live in Adams and York counties currently do not have power. PPL’s outage map shows over 5,000 people in Lancaster County without power.

    Below is the list of PPL customers affected in the Midstate area as of 10:40 p.m.

    • Cumberland – 57
    • Dauphin – 0
    • Lancaster – 5,864
    • Lebanon – 20
    • Perry – 0
    • York – 1,000

    Power is expected to be restored by Wednesday.
