Bella Brave passes away at 10, claims report
Bella Thomson, known online as Bella Brave, has sadly passed away at the age of 10. Her mother, Kyla Thomson, shared the heartbreaking news on July 15 through a TikTok update . Thomson revealed that her daughter passed away peacefully in their arms on July 14, 2024.
She wrote, “Our brave girl left her legacy here on earth to dance on streets of gold July 14th, 2024, at 4:19 p.m. ET. Please keep her name on your lips, her memories alive, and her bravery in your hearts.” Accompanying the announcement was a touching video of Bella dancing, with her mother asking fans to keep Bella’s memory alive.
Bella Brave’s death came shortly after she was placed in a medically induced coma due to complications from a severe lung infection. On July 11, Kyla Thomson informed People that Bella was intubated in the ICU on July 9 and that the family had received distressing news about her condition.
In an Instagram post , she wrote about her daughter’s condition, saying, “There has been a rapid fibrosis-like deterioration of Bella’s lungs. They believe it could be an immune response.” Tragically, Bella Brave could not overcome the complications.
Born with dwarfism, Hirschsprung’s disease, and severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID), she faced many challenges. However, amid everything, her parents documented both her joyful moments and challenges online. They frequently shared videos of Bella Brave’s adventures, such as trips to Disneyland.
