Ohio's fair season is well underway, offering summer fun for all ages across the state.
The Carroll County Fair in Carrollton kicked off Monday and will run through Sunday. A Bon Jovi tribute band will perform later in the week.
Here are the county fairs taking place this summer around the Stark County area:
When is the Stark County Fair?
The Stark County Fair will run from Aug. 27 to Sept. 2. Featured live performances will include the band "Night Ranger" on Aug. 28 and Scott McCreery on Aug. 29.
When is the Canfield Fair?
The 178th Canfield Fair in Mahoning County will begin Aug. 28 and end Sept. 2. Tickets are available now for all of its featured grandstand events, which include performances by Brantley Gilbert, Daughtry, BuckCherry and Hinder.
When is the Columbiana County Fair?
The Columbiana County Fair will be held From July 29 to Aug. 4. Live musicians will perform each day, with Cameron Pierson and Paige Marie being featured on Aug. 2.
When is the Holmes County Fair?
The Holmes County Fair will happen from Aug. 5-10. According to the fair's website , performances will include the West Holmes marching band Aug. 6 and the Hiland marching band Aug. 7.
When is the Medina County Fair?
The Medina County Fair is slated for July 29 to Aug. 4. Music performances will feature Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard, who will take the stage July 31.
When is the Portage County Fair?
The Portage County Randolph Fair will kick off Aug. 20 and run through Aug. 25. Live performances include the Akron Cover Band on Aug. 20, The Sweet Nothings Band on Aug. 22, The Laredo Band on Aug. 23 and The Chordials as well as the American Steal Band on Aug. 24.
When is the Summit County Fair?
The Summit County Fair will take place from July 23 to July 28. The band Socially Awkward will perform July 23.
When is the Tuscarawas County Fair?
The 174th annual Tuscarawas County Fair will take place from Sept. 16 to Sept. 22. There will be a "Band-O-Rama" show on Sept. 17 featuring local high school bands.
When is the Wayne County Fair?
The Wayne County Fair begins Sept. 7 and runs through Sept. 12. Grandstand performers include The Oak Ridge Boys on Sept. 8, Matthew West on Sept. 9 and Jeff Foxworthy on Sept. 10.
When are the Ohio county fairs?
The Ohio State Fair in Columbus runs July 24 through Aug. 4. Here's a list of all the county and independent fairs taking place across Ohio organized by date, according to the Ohio Department of Agriculture:
